Key Responsibilities
Process and enter data accurately into company databases and systems
Review incoming information for completeness and correctness
Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Assist in generating reports and compiling data for program and operational use
Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive client and organizational information
Communicate with team members to resolve data-related issues
Follow organizational policies and procedures for data management and recordkeeping
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in data entry, data processing, or administrative roles preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and other data management tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
