Key Responsibilities
Enter and process data accurately into company databases and systems
Review incoming information for completeness and accuracy
Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors
Maintain organized digital records and documentation
Assist with compiling and generating reports when needed
Ensure confidentiality and security of company and client information
Communicate with team members to resolve data-related issues
Follow company data management procedures and standards
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in data entry, data processing, or administrative roles preferred
Strong typing and data input skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) or similar tools
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
