About the Position:
We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Data Entry & CRM Administrative Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate customer and lead information, processing appointment cancellations, monitoring incoming requests, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring information is entered and maintained accurately within our CRM and other systems.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, communicating professionally, and handling confidential information with discretion. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and update appointment cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Enter, update, and maintain lead information within the CRM.
- Monitor multiple sources of incoming work throughout the day
- Prioritize daily responsibilities based on urgency, deadlines, and changing business needs.
- Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Respond to emails and internal requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage shared and individual inboxes and other sources of incoming work.
- Cross-reference information between reports, emails, lead records, and CRM systems to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
- Enter manual leads into the system as needed.

Qualifications
- Previous data entry or administrative experience.
- Experience working with CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and email management.
- Previous remote work experience.
- Experience managing multiple sources of incoming work or shared inboxes.
- Experience working with customer or lead databases.
