Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately into company databases and internal systems
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct as necessary
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Assist with generating reports and compiling data for program evaluation and administrative purposes
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive client and organizational information
Communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies
Follow organizational policies and procedures related to data management
Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or similar software
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication and teamwork skills
