Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
Review documents and records to ensure accuracy and completeness
Organize and maintain digital files and records
Monitor and correct data discrepancies when identified
Assist in generating reports and compiling information for internal teams
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
Support administrative tasks related to data management
Follow company procedures and data management standards
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or office operations preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) or similar software
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
