At least 2 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, data pipeline development, or a similar data-focused role

Strong SQL skills — able to write complex queries, optimize performance, and work with large datasets

Strong Python skills — able to build data pipelines, automation, and scripts independently

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, etc.)

Experience with workflow orchestration tools, ideally Apache Airflow

Solid understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL/ELT best practices

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
