Job Summary:
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support study setup activities including attending meetings, preparing minutes and action logs, and developing protocol-specific laboratory instruction documents
- Assist with study startup, maintenance, and closeout activities such as site loading, investigator portal access, and kit shipment coordination
- Monitor day-to-day study performance and support centralized laboratory monitoring under Project Manager supervision
- Track study metrics using reports and tools to identify trends and provide performance insights to internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate communication with stakeholders and provide customer-facing support when the Project Manager is unavailable
- Support resolution of study-related queries, protocol questions, and escalations in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Participate in meetings, audits, inspections, and training initiatives, including supporting site and customer training activities as required
What We Are Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred
- 1+ years relevant experience (Clinical, Medical or Healthcare industry preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Experience using study tracking tools, monitoring systems, or project status reporting platforms
- Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a strong command of English (written and verbal)
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $44,500.00 - $92,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
