We are seeking an experienced Development Lead to provide hands-on technical leadership for modern cloud and AI-enabled solutions. This role will work closely with client stakeholders, delivery teams, architects, and development resources to improve solution design, code quality, delivery consistency, and technical governance across multiple workstreams.

The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering depth with a consulting mindset. They can guide architecture discussions, lead code reviews, translate business objectives into practical technical direction, and constructively challenge delivery teams while maintaining collaborative relationships.
