You develop, operate, and continuously optimize modern data, analytics, and AI solutions within a cloud and data platform environment. Working closely with business units, Product Owners, and engineering teams, you design data-driven products following Data Mesh principles. By combining modern technologies, agile ways of working, and high technical standards, you deliver stable, secure, and maintainable solutions for complex enterprise environments.

• Take ownership of data products in line with Data Mesh principles
• Develop and operate scalable data pipelines and integrate diverse data sources
• Analyze, model, and process structured and unstructured data for reporting, analytics, and AI applications
• Ensure solution quality, security, data privacy, and maintainability
• Contribute to architecture, design, and implementation decisions while continuously improving standards and processes
• Provide second- and third-level support and take responsibility for operational tasks

Your Skills

• Degree (ETH, University, University of Applied Sciences, or Higher Technical College) in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or AI Engineering within complex enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of modern cloud and data platforms, ideally AWS
• Experience in building and operating data platforms and scalable data pipelines
• Familiarity with software engineering principles and automated build, test, and deployment processes
• Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Enjoy working collaboratively across disciplines and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for modern technologies and ways of working
• Fluent German and good English language skills
