Data Analyst, Sales Enablement & Growth
Rate: $68-$70/hr | W2 | 3-month opportunity with the chance of extension | Remote

Del Oro Consulting is seeking a Data Analyst to support a sales enablement and growth initiative focused on developing data-driven measurement, scoring, and reporting solutions. The Analyst will help translate program requirements and operational data into working data products that support scoring, measurement, and program engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and program requirements into data models, scoring methodologies, and reporting solutions.
• Design and manage core data models, particularly within Snowflake.
• Develop data transformation and pipeline workflows using dbt.
• Ingest, clean, integrate, and unify data from multiple sources to create a reliable source of truth.
• Develop interactive reporting solutions, such as leaderboards, Power Apps, and other data-driven tools.
• Build measurement solutions that connect operational metrics to strategic business requirements.
• Work directly with program and business teams to understand requirements and translate complex scoring rules into functional data products.
• Partner with technical data teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Data Modeling & Architecture: Strong experience designing and managing data models, particularly in Snowflake.
• Data Transformation & Pipelines: Experience with dbt and building data transformation, ingestion, and pipeline workflows.
• Data Integration: Ability to bring together, clean, and unify data from multiple sources.
• Analytics & Scoring: Experience translating business rules and program requirements into scoring models, behavioral analytics, and measurement solutions.
• Reporting & Data Products: Experience developing interactive reporting solutions and owning data products from development through delivery.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to work with business, program, and technical stakeholders and translate complex requirements into practical data solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting sales enablement, growth, incentive, or performance measurement initiatives.
• Experience developing leaderboards, scoring systems, or other interactive measurement tools.
• Experience working in a cross-functional enterprise or consulting environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with both technical and business teams.

Details of Position:

• Work Arrangement: Remote | 3-Month Contract with the chance of extension
• Pay Rate: $68-$70/hr ,Consultant, Contract Opportunity on W2
