Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Perform deep-dive analyses across diverse data sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Write and optimize custom SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
- Use advanced Excel techniques (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling) to explore and visualize findings.
- Create user-friendly Tableau reporting to illuminate critical business insights, analysis, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Proactively identify gaps, anomalies, and emerging patterns that may impact business performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with data analysis using Excel, SQL, and Tableau (or other similar BI reporting tool), adept at writing custom queries in a business/commercial environment.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage ambiguous or open-ended problems.
- Demonstrated curiosity and a proactive mindset - someone who enjoys “looking under the hood”.
- Experience working with multiple data sources and connecting insights across systems.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences, including senior leaders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
