About the Role
LumiMeds is a fast-growing health and wellness brand in the compounded medication space — GLP-1s, metabolic health, and HRT. We run paid social at scale, produce high-volume video content, and serve a growing patient base across the US. We're looking for a Data Analyst based in the Philippines to help us make sense of what's working — across paid media, content performance, patient retention, and business operations.
This is not a reporting-only role. You'll work closely with our media buyer, social media manager, and leadership to turn data into decisions. You'll be the person who catches the signal before everyone else does, and translates it into something actionable.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain dashboards that track paid media performance — ROAS, CPL, CAC, LTV — across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Analyze creative performance data to identify winning hooks, formats, and ad variants; feed insights back to the video editor and media buyer
- Track content performance across organic channels (Reels, TikTok) and surface patterns in reach, saves, shares, and follower growth
- Monitor patient funnel metrics — lead volume, conversion rates, drop-off points — and flag anomalies early
- Pull, clean, and structure data from multiple sources (ad platforms, CRM, Shopify or similar) into usable reports
- Build and automate recurring weekly and monthly reports for leadership
- Support A/B test design and analysis for ad creatives, landing pages, and offers
- Help translate complex data into plain-language summaries for non-technical stakeholders

What We're Looking For
Required
- 2+ years in a data analyst, marketing analyst, or growth analyst role
- Strong command of Google Sheets or Excel — formulas, pivots, data modeling, clean formatting
- Experience pulling and interpreting data from Meta Ads Manager or similar paid platforms
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying databases
- Ability to build clean, readable dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, or equivalent
- Comfort working with messy, multi-source data and cleaning it into something usable
- Strong written English — you'll be summarizing data for US-based stakeholders who aren't analysts
- Based in the Philippines, available full-time during PST hours (Mon–Fri)
Strongly Preferred
- Experience in DTC, e-commerce, telehealth, or health and wellness brands
- Familiarity with paid social creative testing frameworks (A/B tests, holdout groups, incrementality)
- Experience working with CRM or patient management systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Python or R for more advanced data manipulation or automation
- Exposure to regulated industries — healthcare, supplements, pharma — and comfort with compliance-adjacent data

- Engagement type: Full-time (1099 Contract)
- Location: Fully remote, PH.-based preferred
- Software: You bring your own. We'll cover any LumiMeds-specific tools, plugins, or AI tool subscriptions
- Start date: As soon as the right person is found
