As a Luxury Automotive Tech Specialist, your daily workflow will involve:

• Bespoke Relationship Management: Support Danish vehicle owners with sophisticated automotive features, premium system settings, and exclusive, high-tier service requests.
• Digital & Technical Consulting: Guide owners through advanced digital ecosystems, including interactive dashboard touchscreens, electric vehicle (EV) charging networks, and over-the-air software updates.
• Elite Roadside Coordination: Swiftly organize emergency roadside assistance or mechanical repairs to ensure our clients' travel plans resume with minimal disruption.
• Executive Communication: Engage with premium clientele via phone, email, and live chat, utilizing immaculate, sophisticated, and polished written and spoken Danish.
• Information Management: Meticulously update client profiles within our database to cultivate long-term brand loyalty and flawless future interactions.
• Fully Funded Academy: Prior automotive or mechanical background is not required. Our specialized brand academy will provide comprehensive, fully paid training to teach you everything you need to know to become an expert.
