The Digital Content Producer will manage content production and delivery across digital platforms while collaborating with Product, Design, and Technology teams. They are responsible for maintaining production documentation, supporting digital product strategy, and ensuring high-quality guest experiences.
We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Producer to support the delivery and ongoing management of digital experiences for a global organization in the travel, hospitality, entertainment, and consumer experiences industry.
This role will manage content production and delivery across digital platforms, working closely with Product, Design, and Technology teams to ensure high-quality and timely execution.
What You’ll Do
Champion the digital Guest experience, advocating for Guest needs and ensuring exceptional quality across all digital touchpoints.
Execute content production requests in alignment with Product Management and Technology team priorities.
Support digital product strategy delivery, ensuring consistency and excellence for Guest and Cast experiences.
Maintain production documentation and backlog, keeping technical and content workflows organized and up to date.
Oversee content delivery throughout the development lifecycle, collaborating closely with design and technology partners.
Contribute to go-to-market planning, helping shape strategies for digital Guest and Cast experiences.
Manage ongoing content updates and operational support, including product builds and uptime monitoring as needed.
Identify and escalate challenges proactively, driving process improvements and efficiencies and providing regular status updates to leadership.
Required Qualifications and Skills
2+ years of professional experience working in the online industry.
Experience working with content management systems to build websites or apps, including daily updating of copy and images, building out new pages, and troubleshooting.
Experience working in at least one of the following:
eCommerce sites with responsibility for product and pricing load, troubleshooting issues, and understanding complex eCommerce-related integrations with other applications.
Large, complex marketing sites with calendars, feature listings, faceted listings, and feeds from other systems.
Experience in Agile, Kanban, and continuous integration processes.
Outstanding verbal and written communication and project leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others and build strong and balanced relationships to deliver quality on time.
Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action, with a willingness to take personal initiative.
Experience within the travel or tourism industry.
To be consider:
The role will be full-time with 12 months to start, with the opportunity for extension.
Hours are Monday - Friday, approximately 9 am to 5 pm ET. There may be some earlier morning or later evenings for launches, which can be somewhat negotiable based on local employment laws.
Nearshore and fluent in English. Spanish and / or Portuguese a plus.
