Job Description

Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement – Field Service and Customer Service

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Solution Architect, specialised in Field Service and Customer Service. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in evaluating and implementing performance and stability enhancements within D365 CE, along with comprehensive knowledge of customer-driven configuration and customization to align system functionality with client business objectives. The candidate should also have a basic understanding of the Power Platform and how it integrates with Dynamics.

  • Languages: fluent in English and Portuguese

Mandatory Experience Profile

  • The candidate requires fluent English and Portuguese language skills to engage in business and technical conversations and workshops with customers.

  • The candidate should be located in Portugal or Romania

  • Expert knowledge in Dynamics 365 Field Service: designing, troubleshooting and optimizing components, such as Cases, Work Orders, Bookings, Schedule Boards, RSO, Field Service Mobile, Offline Profiles, Connect Field Service (IoT), Field Service Portal, Copilot in Field Service, Inventory Management, Knowledge Articles, and more.

  • Advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including Customer Service Workspace, Omnichannel, CCaaS and Azure Communication Services.

  • Extensive experience with Power App development.

    • Design, customize, and administer UI and business logic using Power Platform.

    • Strong proficiency in developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining solutions and architecture of D365 CE.

  • Advanced knowledge of enterprise level integrations.

    • Familiarity with integrating data from other sources with Dataverse.

    • Develop and maintain Power Automate Cloud Flow solutions with internal logic processing and connections to Dataverse and other services.

  • Strong ability to engage with key technical stakeholders and business decision makers.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver technical training and effectively resolve complex Power Apps issues and architectural challenges through strong analytical and collaborative skills

  • Strong commitment to staying updated on modern engineering practices and tools.

  • Experience in customer facing roles.

Desirable requirements

  • Knowledge of Azure Communication Services.

  • Architect and Functional Consultant-level Microsoft certifications are preferred.

  • Experience with Copilot Studio or other AI technologies.
