Czech Speaking Booking Agent (Remote in Greece)

• Location: 100% Remote (Must be currently based in or willing to move to Greece)
• Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours weekly)
• Schedule: Rotational 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week (Monday–Sunday, between 08:00 and 24:00)
• Languages Required: Native/Bilingual Czech & English (Intermediate/B2)

About the Role Are you a native Czech speaker passionate about customer care and the world of travel? We are seeking client-focused team members to represent a world-renowned online travel platform.

Operating from anywhere in Greece, you will act as the key liaison for Czech-speaking travelers and property owners worldwide—assisting with inquiries, updating reservations, and guaranteeing a smooth travel experience. Prior travel industry experience is not required, as we offer complete paid training from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Care: Deliver empathetic, prompt assistance to Czech-speaking users through inbound phone calls, emails, and live messaging.
• Reservation Handling: Support clients with booking adjustments, cancellations, and confirmation requests for hotels, rentals, and resorts.
• Partner Relations: Liaise with accommodation owners to solve rate differences, special requests, and listing details.
• Issue Resolution: Manage customer feedback with care and route complex financial or technical inquiries to internal specialists.
• System Records: Input detailed notes and progress updates for all customer interactions into our database.

Candidate Profile

• Language Proficiency: C1/C2 fluency in Czech alongside strong B2 English skills for company communication and systems.
• Remote Setup: A private home workspace in Greece paired with high-speed internet.
• Legal Status: EU citizenship or valid legal work rights for Greece.
• Mindset & Soft Skills: Service-oriented mindset with high adaptability; customer care or hospitality background is helpful but optional.
• Availability: Flexibility to work varied shifts (5 days on, 2 days off) between 08:00 AM and Midnight.

Compensation & Perks

• Salary Structure: €1,200 gross monthly base, delivered over 14 payments annually (€16,800 gross total per year).
