Overview
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Cyber Security Assurance Support Analyst (CRP/CSP) to support a cyber security assurance function within a leading UK defence organisation.
The role will focus on monitoring a dedicated mailbox, responding to incoming queries and processing Supplier Assurance Questionnaires (SAQs). You will support the effective administration of the CSM process, ensuring queries and records are managed accurately and efficiently.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in cyber security administration, supplier assurance or a regulated environment handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor the CSM mailbox and respond to incoming queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Direct queries to the appropriate team members where required and provide guidance on the CSM process.
• Process Supplier Assurance Questionnaires (SAQs) received via email and Microsoft Forms.
• Record questionnaire outcomes and communicate responses to suppliers and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of processed forms, correspondence and outcomes for audit purposes.
• Support the effective administration of the CSM process, including developing an understanding of the differences between versions 3 and 4.
• Ensure email correspondence and documentation are organised and maintained accurately.
Essential Skills & Experience
• Experience/knowledge of the CSM process and willingness to learn the differences between v3 and v4.
• Experienced with handling sensitive information.
• Experience using relevant Defence systems preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing a shared mailbox, responding to queries and directing correspondence appropriately.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage forms, emails and records accurately and consistently.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
