Position Overview

We are seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join our remote team as Customer Travel Specialists. This position focuses on helping clients explore vacation possibilities, understand their options, and coordinate the arrangements that best match their needs.

You'll work with a variety of vacation requests, including resorts, cruises, family trips, romantic escapes, group experiences, tours, and international destinations. Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training and professional resources are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand their vacation interests, dates, and spending preferences
• Research destinations, hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, activities, and packages
• Present suitable vacation choices based on individual requests
• Assist with arranging selected services using approved booking resources
• Provide reservation confirmations, itinerary information, and important updates
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding details and upcoming deadlines
• Review travel arrangements to ensure information is accurate
• Answer client questions and assist with routine booking requests
• Keep client communications and reservation records organized
• Maintain professional communication through phone, email, messaging, and virtual platforms
• Stay knowledgeable about destinations, supplier products, and available offers

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable researching and comparing information
• Able to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
• Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
• Reliable, professional, and willing to learn
• Comfortable learning new online tools and booking systems
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or other qualifying regions/countries
