?? Experience Required: Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)
Job Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
* Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
* Ensure proper communication and coordination with customers

* Minimum 1 year of experience in a Voice Process
* Must be comfortable handling customer calls
* Candidate must have their own Laptop, stable Wi-Fi connection, and Power Backup for uninterrupted work
