We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Support Agent to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-the-road assistance to drivers, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Respond to inquiries and support requests through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Maintain accurate records of driver interactions and support activities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of driver issues.
  • Monitor and track the status of drivers and their shipments.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure driver satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the trucking industry is a significant advantage.
  • Experience in cold calling is extremely important and highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

  • The first month is a training period, during which the company will invest significant resources in teaching and onboarding.
  • During this training period, the pay is $150.

Working Hours:

  • On-call 24/7 to meet the needs of our drivers.
  • Main business hours are based on Chicago time.
