Customer Support Agent (English-speaking, native level) – North Macedonia, Remote

Help people take the first step towards better hearing.

At GRÜN smiles, we support people who have already shown interest in hearing care services. As part of our team, you will speak with customers, answer their questions, guide them through their options, and help them book appointments with our partner hearing care specialists.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, building trust, and creating positive customer experiences. You do not need to sell products or make cold calls. But to help them understand the value of a professional hearing care consultation and guide them through the appointment process.

What you will do

• Communicate with customers via phone and written channels
• Understand customer needs and guide them towards the most suitable next steps
• Explain the value and benefits of a professional hearing care appointment
• Help customers overcome questions or concerns during the booking process
• Schedule appointments with our partner hearing care providers
• Build trust through friendly, confident, and professional communication
• Accurately document customer interactions in our systems
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Requirements

What we are looking for

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong communication skills and a clear, friendly speaking style
• High level of empathy, patience and customer orientation
• Reliability and a structured way of working
• Confidence using digital tools and customer support systems
• Ability to work independently from home
• Previous experience in customer service, call centres, appointment scheduling or a similar role is helpful, but not required
  

Because we support people with hearing difficulties, clear and accessible communication is especially important in this role.

• Fixed salary of €900 per month
• Full-time employment, 40 hours, with shifts during weekdays between 9 and 21 o'clock, with a say in scheduling where possible
