In this role, you will support clients before, during, and after their travel planning process by providing timely communication, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms

Assist with booking confirmations, travel changes, and general service questions

Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency

Communicate updates related to itineraries, travel documents, or supplier changes

Maintain accurate records of client communications and updates

Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal team members to fulfill service requests
