What You'll Do:
· Handle general
pre-sales and after-sales inquiries via email and ticketing platforms.
· Provide accurate
and timely order tracking information to customers.
· Generate and send
commercial invoices for online orders to ensure smooth customs and records
management.
· Perform essential
administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the support team.
· Troubleshoot common
order issues and escalate technical concerns to the appropriate departments.
· Maintain high
standards of data accuracy when updating customer records and order statuses.

communication skills: Clear and professional English (spoken and written) to
interact effectively with a global customer base.
· Organized and
detail-oriented: High level of accuracy in handling commercial documents and
tracking numbers.

Comfortable using CRM platforms, helpdesk software (like Zendesk or Freshdesk),

· Problem-solving
skills: Ability to resolve order-related issues efficiently and proactively.
· Prior experience:
1-2 years of experience in customer service, e-commerce support, or
administrative roles is preferred.
· Self-motivated:
Able to work independently in a remote environment while meeting team
productivity goals.
