If you’re tech-savvy, love solving puzzles (like "where is my package?"), and can switch between a professional email and a friendly Instagram DM without breaking a sweat, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Order Management: Answering high-volume emails regarding order status, shipping updates, and general product inquiries.
  • Real-Time Support: Managing our Shopify Chat to assist customers while they shop, helping to convert browsers into buyers.
  • Social Engagement: Monitoring and responding to comments and direct messages on Facebook and Instagram with speed and personality.
  • Problem Solving: Resolving customer issues with empathy and efficiency to ensure a 5-star experience every time.

What We’re Looking For

  • Platform Proficiency: Previous experience using Shopify is a major plus.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written English with the ability to adapt your tone (from formal email to casual social media).
  • Tech Savvy: Strong general computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Detail Oriented: You don't just skim; you read the details to get the order right the first time.
  • Positive Vibes: A patient, "can-do" attitude even when things get busy.
