Customer Service Rep (Work From Home)

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing remote team and assist working families with understanding the supplemental benefit options available to them. Our organization works with members of unions, associations, and other established groups across North America. Representatives connect with individuals and families who have requested information about their available benefit programs and are looking for guidance. This is a 100% remote position with comprehensive training provided. No previous industry experience is required. We are looking for people who are professional, dependable, comfortable communicating with others, and interested in building a long-term career. What You'll Do As a Benefits Representative, you'll meet virtually with individuals and families to understand their needs, explain available programs, and help them make informed decisions regarding their coverage. Your responsibilities will include: Connecting with individuals who have requested information about available benefits Scheduling and conducting virtual appointments by phone or video Learning about each client's needs, priorities, and current situation Explaining available benefit and coverage options in a clear, professional manner Answering questions and helping clients understand their options Assisting with applications and enrollment when appropriate Maintaining accurate client information and appointment records Following up with clients and providing continued service Participating in ongoing virtual training, coaching, and development Working toward individual and team performance goals What We're Looking For Previous experience in benefits or insurance is not required. We provide training and an established system to help new team members learn the role. Ideal candidates are: Strong communicators with a professional attitude Comfortable speaking with individuals and families by phone or video Organized and capable of managing their own schedule Self-motivated and dependable while working remotely Comfortable using computers and virtual communication platforms Willing to learn, receive coaching, and follow established processes Goal-oriented and interested in professional growth Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, administration, or other people-focused roles can be helpful but is not required.
