Customer Service Consultant (German Speaker)

As Virtuagym keeps on growing, we are now looking for a new face to complement our Customer Success team in EMEA based in Spain. As a Customer Service Consultant for the DACH and international markets, you will be responsible for creating excellent customer experiences and elevating our client success endeavours to new heights. Our head office is situated in the center of Amsterdam and while we foster getting together to exchange ideas and energy, we are a remote-friendly company. This is a full time and remote position from Spain where you will be working for our global teams.

What the Customer Service Consultant DACH & International role looks like
As a Customer Service Consultant for the Dach & International markets, you will mainly focus on supporting German, and English-speaking European customers. You will be at the forefront of ensuring our client's long-term satisfaction and success. Your primary responsibility involves providing exceptional support, cultivating relationships, and driving growth within our diverse client base. Join us in our mission to create a healthier and happier world.

Some of your key tasks

• Investigate and resolve system issues collaboratively with the product department;

• Deliver efficient and effective customer support via email and phone channels;

• Build and nurture customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty;

• Offer creative solutions, handle objections, and de-escalate challenging client situations;

• Address churn risks, cancellations, and payment-related queries;

• Contribute to departmental process enhancements through feedback and project participation.

What you will bring to the team

• [Hard requirement] Proficiency in written and verbal German (native or near-native level) and good written and verbal skills in English;

• Tech-savvy, a critical and logical thinker;

• Proven problem-solving skills and a knack for finding solutions;

• Structured, and organized, with good time management and attention to detail;

• Confidence, adaptability, and a positive attitude;

• Prior experience in SaaS/software CS is preferred (this is not a call center position!).
