The Customer Service Automation Engineer is responsible for delivering automation solutions for system upgrades while ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards. They will analyze client-reported problems, design solution architectures, and develop control algorithms to improve operational efficiency.

Your role in our team
As a Customer Service Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering automation solutions for system upgrades, ensuring compliance with stringent technical specifications and regulatory standards, while continuously driving innovation to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Receive and identify problems reported by clients. Analyze and apply solutions to overcome the problem and prepare the final report.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate in the preparation and analysis of specifications and technical requirements of equipment to be developed or modified, according to product needs, client specifications, and applicable standards and regulations.
• Design the architecture of solutions, taking specifications into account.
• Develop and program control algorithms.
• Promote and encourage the incorporation of new technological trends that make the area's operation more complete, effective, efficient, and profitable, guaranteeing and improving the service provided to clients.
• Promote the continuous improvement process, frequently reassessing work processes and methods.
• Analyze and apply solutions to overcome the problem reported by clients.
• Prepare the final report.
Your Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Automation Engineering;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles with programming experience;
• Knowledge of SIMATIC Step7, SIMATIC TIA Portal and WinCC;
• Professional experience in PLC programming;
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken);
• Availability for national and international relocation;
• Systematic and customer-oriented;
• self-motivated, proactive and a team player.
