We are seeking motivated Call Center Agents to join our growing team. In this fully remote position, you will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, conduct telephone screenings, and provide exceptional customer service while helping meet client and customer needs.

This is a fixed-term, full-time position scheduled to run from November 16 through January 31. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a seasonal opportunity with the ability to work remotely from home.

This is a 100% remote opportunity for individuals residing in Texas.

Money & Perks:

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Conduct telephone screenings and gather required information
• Deliver professional and positive customer interactions
• Accurately document call information and customer inquiries
• Meet quality, productivity, and attendance expectations
• Navigate various computer applications while assisting customers

Internet Requirements:

• Reliable high-speed internet service
• Minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds
• Ethernet connection preferred, or secure Wi-Fi (WPA2 with strong password)

Additional requirements:

• Must be available from Monday to Sunday from 7am to 8pm 
• Must have a quiet, home office space that is free of distractions 
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer navigation proficiency
