Customer Relations Manager for Integration Services-Backup Power

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Relations Manager to join our team in the Backup Power industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong customer relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving customer retention. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. **US citizenship is required for this position**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to address customer needs and concerns.
