Your Role
As a Customer Portfolio Manager within our Electrification business, you are the heartbeat of our customer relationships. You don't just manage contracts; you champion the safety, quality, delivery, and financial performance of our power services. From the initial planning stages to the final execution of site projects, you act as the single point of contact, providing the strategic guidance and technical support our customers rely on to keep their operations running smoothly.

What You Will Accomplish
  • Own the Relationship: You act as the primary partner for your customers, building trust and aligning our services with their business goals.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: You take full ownership of your portfolio’s performance. You ensure that every service, repair, and parts order is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality.
  • Lead Through Complexity: You orchestrate the entire lifecycle of maintenance outages. By facilitating clear communication between our field teams and the customer, you ensure every project is executed seamlessly from start to finish.
  • Master the Business: You manage the commercial side of your portfolio, including budget tracking, invoicing, and identifying new opportunities to provide value to your customers.
  • Manage Risk and Resolution: You stay ahead of challenges, proactively managing risks and leading the resolution of any urgent operational matters that arise.

Who You Are
  • You bring substantive experience in service and customer account management, where you have successfully led projects and navigated complex stakeholder needs.
  • You possess a solid understanding of technical or engineering environments, allowing you to bridge the gap between technical requirements and customer expectations.
  • You are a natural communicator who enjoys leading cross-functional teams and can explain solutions clearly to a variety of stakeholders.
  • You are organized, analytical, and skilled at turning strategic plans into reality.
  • You are comfortable with regular travel across the UK and Ireland to visit customer sites, ensuring you stay connected to the people and the infrastructure you support.
