Your Mission

As a Customer Operations Specialist, you'll own our SMB customer relationships while overseeing subscriptions, billing, asset management, and logistics fulfillment. From managing customer interactions to orchestrating seamless order delivery, you'll be the strategic partner our customers rely on to drive their success and operational efficiency

Responsibilities:

  • Be the main contact for our SMB customers’ subscriptions, billing, and account needs. You’ll handle their day-to-day questions and make sure they get what they need.

  • Monitor customer accounts and resolve issues quickly to strengthen partnerships.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases and orchestrate seamless solutions that exceed customer expectations.

  • Own end-to-end fulfillment—efficiently coordinate orders, schedule deliveries and pickups, communicate progress, and build customer confidence.

Your skills and qualifications

Your Profile:
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken); German is plus

  • 1–3 years of operations, account management, or customer support experience, preferably in mobility or fleet businesses.

  • Skilled communicator with ability to handle customer calls professionally and responsibly

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously with speed and accuracy

  • Handle high-volume work with structured discipline and reliability

  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership

  • Problem solver with customer focus

  • Proficient with CRM platforms (Odoo preferred)

  • Foundational understanding of logistics operations and delivery management.
