As a Customer Experience Trip Coordinator, you'll guide clients through the vacation planning process by providing personalized recommendations, coordinating reservations, and ensuring every travel detail is handled with care. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, building relationships, and creating seamless travel experiences from start to finish.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients to understand their vacation interests, travel priorities, and budget
  • Research destinations, hotels, resorts, cruises, guided tours, transportation, and activities
  • Present customized travel options based on each client's unique needs and preferences
  • Coordinate reservations, itineraries, and travel services through approved booking systems
  • Share booking confirmations, travel documents, schedules, and pre-departure information
  • Assist clients with itinerary revisions, travel questions, and special accommodation requests
  • Review reservation details to help ensure all travel arrangements are accurate and complete
  • Monitor upcoming trips and help clients prepare for departure
  • Maintain accurate client records, booking information, and communication history
  • Utilize company resources, preferred suppliers, and travel tools to provide quality service
  • Stay informed on destination updates, supplier promotions, and industry trends through ongoing training
