As a Customer Experience Travel Advisor, you will assist clients from their initial inquiry through the planning and reservation process, helping ensure their experience is organized, personalized, and easy to navigate.
This remote opportunity welcomes candidates from customer service, hospitality, sales, administrative, or other professional backgrounds. No previous travel-industry experience is required. Training, supplier education, and ongoing resources are provided.
What You'll Do

Learn about each client's destination interests, vacation style, preferred dates, and budget considerations

Explore resorts, hotels, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, tours, excursions, and activities

Research and compare options that meet individual traveler needs

Present relevant vacation choices and answer planning-related questions

Help coordinate accommodations, transportation, experiences, and other requested services

Work with approved supplier platforms and reservation resources

Organize confirmations, itinerary details, schedules, and applicable travel documentation

Keep clients informed about reservation progress, important dates, and next steps

Follow up on outstanding information or decisions needed to finalize arrangements

Assist with routine modifications, cancellations, and special requests
