Position Overview
We're currently expanding our remote travel support division and are seeking motivated, service-minded individuals to join our team as Customer Experience Getaway Consultants. In this role, you'll help clients navigate the vacation planning process by providing personalized assistance, coordinating travel-related details, and ensuring a smooth experience from inquiry to confirmation.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and managing multiple moving parts in a flexible work-from-home setting. No previous travel industry experience is necessary comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship are provided.
Responsibilities

Assist clients with planning travel experiences based on their interests, timelines, and budgets

Coordinate vacation details including hotels, transportation, cruises, excursions, and activities

Review and compare travel options using approved booking and supplier systems

Keep clients informed with timely updates regarding reservations and next steps

Respond professionally to inquiries through phone, email, and online communication tools

Support itinerary adjustments, scheduling updates, and follow-up requests as needed
