We're growing our Services organisation and looking for a senior Customer Deployment Project Manager to bring dedicated, end-to-end ownership to a high-visibility, complex client programme inside our Product Services Division.

Role Focus & Operating Context
This is a Customer Deployment Project Manager role within Product Services, focused on owning end-to-end delivery of customer onboarding from kick-off through to go-live. You'll drive multiple concurrent deployments simultaneously, combining structured project management rigour with the relationship skills to guide customers confidently through the process, unblock issues swiftly, and build trust at every stage.
This is not a passive plan-tracking role. Success requires structured delivery discipline, sharp stakeholder instincts, and the ability to lead customers — from operational contacts through to Senior Leadership — through complex onboarding journeys with clarity and pace.

Is comfortable operating autonomously, setting direction and driving execution without constant oversight
Can balance near-term execution pressure with longer-term transformation and delivery objectives
Communicates clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including in client-facing environments
Remains calm, pragmatic, and decisive when navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and delivery pressure
