Customer Data Integration Specialist

What You'll Be Doing

• The CDIS will be responsible for supporting customers in the setup of the Remarque System
• Responsible for working with product specialists to identifying client data and data sources for intake into the RSP
• Assist with recognizing study risks and helps evaluate risk profiles with customer
• Actively work to support our customer base for all integration needs
• Carry out client engagement, study setup, system design, and development as required by the company
• Assist Product Support in monitoring and handling support requests
• Provides feedback to the development team on the RSP, especially the data ingest toolsets
• Provides interaction with customer in a manner that supports the company’s culture, mission and values.

What We Are Searching For:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or similar field
• 5+ years’ experience working with clinical data information technology and trial execution, including but not limited to experience with clinical trial protocol development, study risk analysis, data management, and trial monitoring
• Understanding of SQL required to enable building of custom metrics where needed
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and the ability to learn new technology quickly, proficiency with general computer hardware and software
• A disciplined self-starter an excellent team player, collaborative and able to encourage effectiveness and efficiency
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, able to prioritize work to meet deadlines
• Is customer service focused in approach to work both internally and externally 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
