You will act as a point of contact for clients, helping them understand and navigate their benefit options through virtual appointments. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, assisting with digital applications, and providing ongoing support to families.

In this role, you’ll work directly with individuals and families who need assistance understanding their available benefit options.
You’ll act as a trusted point of contact, helping clients navigate information, complete necessary steps, and feel confident throughout the process.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Meeting with clients virtually through scheduled appointments
Explaining benefit programs and coverage options in a clear, easy-to-understand way
Responding to questions and providing ongoing client support
Assisting with digital applications, updates, and documentation
Maintaining accurate records and follow-up information
Building strong, long-term relationships with clients
Participating in coaching, training, and leadership development opportunities
We’re looking for individuals who are dependable, motivated, and comfortable working with people in a remote environment.
You may be a strong fit if you:
Communicate clearly and professionally
Enjoy helping people and building relationships
Are organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your own schedule
Can confidently use Zoom, email, and other digital tools
Work well independently while remaining connected to a team
Have experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or another client-facing role — although previous experience is not required
Are legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
