Culture, Wellbeing, Comms & Procurement Lead

About the Role

Help shape how people experience ENG—from how we communicate and connect to the programs and support that make everyday work better.

We are looking for a Culture, Wellbeing, Comms & Procurement Lead to oversee Culture & Wellbeing, Internal Communications & Employer Branding, and Procurement & People Support. Reporting to the CPO, you will lead a team of four, turning ideas into meaningful initiatives through clear priorities, strong budget management, and hands-on execution.

This role is for someone who enjoys both leading and doing. You will develop your team, plan engagement initiatives, write company communications, work with vendors, and present plans and results to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of four across culture, internal communications and employer branding, wellbeing, and procurement and people support.

  • Build and execute annual plans that connect employee experience initiatives with company priorities.

  • Own budget planning, forecasting, tracking, and reporting across multiple countries and currencies.

  • Monitor spending against forecasts, explain variances, and recommend budget reallocations.

  • Compare vendors, track costs per event and per employee, and identify opportunities to make better use of resources.

  • Oversee culture and engagement initiatives, wellbeing programs, benefits-related activities, and company events.

  • Create and review internal communications in English, keeping messages clear, consistent, and relevant.

  • Guide employer branding initiatives that reflect the employee experience.

  • Oversee procurement, vendor relationships, and logistics to support employee needs.

  • Use surveys, KPIs, and dashboards to evaluate results and improve programs.

  • Partner with the CPO to present plans, budgets, priorities, and outcomes.

  • Stay close to execution, stepping in when needed to keep projects moving.

What You Bring

  • At least 2–3 years of experience directly managing a team, ideally across different specialties.

  • Proven experience owning budgets—including planning, forecasting, tracking, variance analysis, and reporting—not just spending within an approved limit.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and simple budget models.

  • Experience managing budgets across multiple countries and currencies.

  • Hands-on experience in at least two to three of these areas: culture and engagement, internal communications, events and wellbeing, benefits, employer branding, or procurement and logistics.

  • A generalist mindset: you enjoy connecting different areas and managing changing priorities.

  • Advanced written and spoken English, with the ability to write company-wide communications.

  • Experience working in remote organizations.

  • Regular use of AI tools in your day-to-day work.

  • Strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills, with the confidence to present and support proposals with senior leadership.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with M&A processes or cultural integration.

  • Experience organizing large company events or retreats with significant budgets.

  • Experience in vendor negotiation, procurement, or international equipment logistics.

  • Experience using engagement surveys, KPIs, and dashboards to guide decisions.

  • A background in professional services, technology, or engineering companies.

What Will Help You Succeed

You bring a people-centered approach, confidence managing budgets, and strong follow-through. You see the employee experience as a whole while staying close to the details that make it work.

You enjoy developing your team and turning ideas into practical actions. You can explain why an initiative matters, how you will manage its budget, and how you will measure its results.
