This is a full-time role with a pay range of $90-$100 per hour, depending on experience. The position includes conducting jobsite audits, hazard analyses, and detailed assessments of ongoing construction activities. Evaluate subcontractor safety plans and verify they meet company and contract standards. Lead companywide safety meetings and specialized safety workshops. Provide timely safety performance reporting to executive leadership. Oversee the review and approval of Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), pre-task plans, and high-risk work procedures.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of construction operations, methods, sequencing, and high-risk activities.
