CRM Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a technically minded and client-oriented professional with strong B2B experience and hands-on expertise working within CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles and understands how companies use CRM data, workflows, segmentation, filtering logic, and automations in real business environments.


Requirements

Required Technical Skills

 

Experience with relational databases

Experience with SQL queries

Strong understanding of filtering logic and conditional rules

Ability to think in logical operators

Experience with data segmentation

Advanced spreadsheet skills such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas/functions

Experience with regular expressions (regex)

Strong hands-on experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems

You have 3–5 years of experience in high-quality support, onboarding, solutions consulting, implementation, or similar technical customer-facing B2B roles

You have previous hands-on experience working directly within HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/customer data platforms

You’re curious, driven, and enjoy solving technical and data-related challenges

You can troubleshoot and explain technical concepts clearly, even when documentation is limited

You’re confident working with data tools, CRMs, workflows, and customer segmentation

You’re collaborative, enthusiastic, and thrive in a fast-moving remote environment

You enjoy combining communication, technology, and problem-solving in a client-facing role
