About the Role

You will create and optimize lead funnels, automations, and workflows primarily using Go High Level, troubleshoot complex CRM issues, and document processes for team training. This is a full-time remote position aligned with US Eastern Standard Time (EST).

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with account management and client servicing teams to deliver CRM solutions

  • Build and optimize lead funnels, nurturing sequences, and automations using Go High Level (GHL)

  • Troubleshoot CRM issues including integrations and webhook configurations

  • Support conversion rate optimization through CRM strategies

  • Implement internal automation process improvements

  • Document workflows and create screen recording videos for team training

  • Participate in Zoom calls to align on project progress and team collaboration

  • Ensure CRM deliverables meet client goals, deadlines, and quality standards

Requirements

  • 3+ years of CRM experience with strong focus on Go High Level (GHL)

  • Ability to build automations, funnels, and workflows in GHL

  • Experience managing webhooks and third-party integrations

  • Strong problem-solving and independent troubleshooting skills

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal English communication

  • Proactive team player comfortable in a remote-first environment

  • Experience creating documentation and screen recordings for knowledge sharing
