We are seeking a CRM Techno-Functional Lead to own the technical architecture, configuration, and end-to-end delivery of our Lead-to-Cash and Customer Success workstream. You will act as the primary business analyst, solution architect, and quality assurance anchor across our core ecosystem: HubSpot, Salesforce Core, CPQ, Certinia and NetSuite, using Workato as the central automation engine.

Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Discovery

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Lead cross-functional discovery workshops with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to elicit complex business processes.
  • Process Mapping: Deconstruct vague operational requests into highly structured user stories, process flows, and clear business requirements documentation (BRD).
  • Traceability: Maintain a strict requirements traceability matrix to ensure every downstream code line or configuration maps back to an approved business objective.
  • Capability Matching: Conduct rigorous Fit-Gap analyses to determine whether business requirements should be met via out-of-the-box (OOTB) capabilities or custom development.
  • Impact Analysis: Evaluate how structural modifications in upstream systems (like HubSpot or Salesforce CPQ) will functionally impact downstream financial ledgers in NetSuite.
  • Data Schema Design: Analyze existing data models to design clean custom objects, fields, and API payloads required for multi-system data flows.

End-to-End Solution Provisioning & Configuration

  • HubSpot & CRM: Solution and configure lead ingestion, data governance rules, scoring models, and automated HubSpot-to-Salesforce data synchronization.
  • CPQ & CS: Engineer complex Salesforce CPQ & Revenue Cloud/RCA mechanics (product bundles, price books, and quote templates). Solution custom telemetry models and automated CPQ renewals for the CS team.
  • Finance Integration: Solution the automated transition of closed-won deals into Certinia (PSA/Billing) and map financial schemas directly into the NetSuite general ledger.
  • Workato Automation: Build and maintain high-volume Workato integration recipes with conditional exception-handling and automated rollback logic.

Testing & Quality Assurance (QA)

  • QA Strategy: Define the overarching QA methodology, regression test criteria, and environment management (sandbox seed) policies.
  • Test Execution: Write comprehensive test scripts and run multi-platform System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure Workato recipes do not corrupt cross-system states.
  • UAT Coordination: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles by preparing data scenarios, establishing validation checklists, and guiding business users through system sign-offs.
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Drive immediate, cross-platform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to isolate, prioritize, and patch bugs identified during testing or post-deployment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Technical Skills: Deep expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce (Apex/LWC/Flows), CPQ, Certinia, NetSuite, Workato (or similar iPaaS), SOQL, and SQL.
  • Methodology & QA Tools: Mastery of Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and project tracking tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Domain Mastery: Complete understanding of the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) lifecycle, SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, NRR), and accounting principles.
  • Experience: 7–10+ years in enterprise applications, with 4+ years leading requirements gathering, solution design, and testing across HubSpot, Salesforce, CS, and Finance platforms.
  • Bonus Qualifications: Hands-on technical exposure to Chargebee or QuickBooks and Certifications: Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Certinia Professional and Regression Testing Tools like Selenium.
