Currently, we are looking for our perfect CRM & Retention Specialist to join our team and help us build meaningful customer journeys, improve engagement, and maximize retention across multiple communication channels.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in CRM, Retention, Lifecycle Marketing, or Email Marketing, preferably within the iGaming industry.
Experience working with CRM platforms and customer communication tools.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and retention strategies.
Hands-on experience creating and managing email campaigns, automated customer journeys, trigger campaigns, and communication funnels.
Experience with A/B testing and analyzing campaign performance.
Understanding of key CRM metrics such as Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, Unsubscribe Rate, and Customer Engagement.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
Experience collaborating with Product, Design, Content, and Marketing teams.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
