About the Role
ImagineArt now has 1,500+ creators worldwide actively making content with ImagineArt, and this number is growing fast. We’re looking for someone who can become the human connection between our product and our global creator ecosystem — someone who doesn’t just manage creators… but inspires them, activates them, and makes them feel part of something bigger.
This is not a typical “community manager” role.
We want someone who can become a recognizable face of ImagineArt, someone creators trust, enjoy talking to, and feel supported by.

What You’ll Do
1. Build Relationships With Creators

  • Talk to creators every day through DM, email, and calls.

  • Make creators feel heard, valued, and excited to work with us.

  • Spot rising talent early and bring them into the program.

2. Community Activation

  • Run weekly challenges, monthly spotlights, creator features.

  • Bring the community together on IG, Discord, and X.

  • Respond fast, solve problems, keep morale high.

3. Creator Onboarding & Expansion

  • Reach out to high-potential creators and onboard them into the 1,500+ creator program.

4. Become a Public-Facing Representative

  • Represent ImagineArt publicly through your own socials.

  • Share product updates, repost creator work, host IG Lives, do AMAs.

  • Be a trusted, friendly voice that creators know by name.

6. Internal Collaboration

  • Work with product, partnerships, and marketing to align creator activity with major launches.

  • Share creator insights with the team so we can build better features.

  • Help organize influencer pushes around big model releases

Who We’re Looking For
You’d be a great fit if you are:

  • Extremely social — you genuinely like talking to creators, messaging people, building connections.

  • Great on camera — can speak confidently on IG Stories, TikTok, LinkedIn, and community calls.

  • Emotionally intelligent — knows how to understand people, motivate them, and build trust.

  • Organized & fast — can manage 1500+ creators without dropping the ball.

  • Creator-friendly — has deep respect and understanding of how creators think and work.

  • Creative — can come up with new challenge ideas, themes, and community content.

  • Self-directed — works well remotely and takes ownership without needing daily supervision.

Experience (Nice to Have)

  • Experience managing creators or communities

  • Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, social media, or content creation

  • A personal social media presence

  • Background working in startups

  • Bonus: AI content creation experience using tools like ImagineArt, Midjourney, Runway, etc.
