Creative Virtual Assistant (Graphics & Video Editing)

This is a remote position.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Creative Virtual Assistant to support ongoing digital content production, beginning with a digital magazine project. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys following established processes, is highly organized, and can efficiently complete repetitive creative production tasks with accuracy.

The initial engagement will be a 10-hour trial project, with the opportunity to transition into a long-term working relationship based on performance. Future responsibilities may expand to include video editing, CRM support, and digital marketing tasks.

The ideal candidate is process-driven rather than highly creative. This role focuses on executing repeatable workflows accurately rather than designing original graphics. Success in this position depends on attention to detail, efficiency, reliability, and clear communication. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance during the trial project may be considered for ongoing work across creative production, CRM management, and digital marketing support.

Scope of Work:

Primary Responsibilities

• Update Canva magazine templates with client-specific content.
  
• Replace photos, links, and other editable elements in existing Canva templates.
  
• Export completed files as PDFs.
  
• Compress PDF files for web optimization.
  
• Upload completed PDFs into the designated publishing platform (Hazine or similar).
  
• Generate and verify shareable publication links.
  
• Organize and manage project files in Google Drive.
  
• Provide progress updates and notify the client upon task completion.
  

Other Responsibilities (As Needed)

• Edit long-form videos into short-form social media reels.
  
• Add captions and basic motion elements to videos.
  
• Organize completed video assets in Google Drive.
  
• Assist with social media content preparation.
  

Qualifications:

Required

• Strong experience using Canva.
  
• Excellent attention to detail.
  
• Ability to follow written and video instructions accurately.
  
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Strong organizational skills.
  
• Reliable communication and responsiveness.
  
• Experience managing files in Google Drive.
  
• Ability to provide regular progress updates.
  

Preferred

• Basic experience with Adobe Photoshop.
  
• Basic video editing experience.
  
• Familiarity with captioning short-form videos.
  
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
  
• Basic understanding of social media content creation.

Communication & Training:

• Initial onboarding will be conducted via Zoom or Google Meet.

• Progress updates are expected throughout the project, with confirmation once assigned tasks are completed.
