Creative Technologist

We’re looking for a Creative Technologist for AI & agentic workflows to join an experimental technical team that supports a major Southeast Asia marketing team with building the next-gen AI-enabled marketing operating systems.

This is a role for someone who thrives in an environment where they can build and make independently – someone who sits comfortably between AI engineering and creative marketing, and knows how to turn messy workflow pain points into scrappy, useful, scalable prototypes. You’ll help build agentic workflows, automate manual processes, stabilise emerging infrastructure, and enable marketers and agency partners to work smarter with AI.

You’ll partner closely with marketers to understand where the friction is, where the opportunities are, and how AI can improve speed, workflow, and creative effectiveness in the real world.

About the Role

Build and Prototype

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered workflows and prototypes that solve real marketing and operational pain points.
• Work across front-end experience and back-end logic to create practical, lightweight, high-impact solutions.
• Experiment quickly, test ideas in the wild, and iterate based on feedback, adoption, and real workflow needs.

Partner with Marketers

• Work directly with marketers and stakeholders to identify manual bottlenecks, operational gaps, and opportunities for AI-enabled transformation.
• Translate business needs into practical tools, systems, and experiments that improve speed, usability, and output quality.
• Help shape a more AI-first way of working across a fast-moving creative and social marketing environment.

Scale and Evolve

• Support the development of secure, scalable workflows that can be used internally and, where appropriate, extended to agency partners.
• Help strengthen the infrastructure behind emerging AI tools so experiments can evolve into repeatable ways of working.
• Contribute learnings, prototypes, and practical thinking that can feed into broader regional or global AI roadmaps.

About You

• 8–10 years of experience across software engineering, creative technology, prototyping, or product build environments, with strong hands-on capability rather than purely strategic oversight. A portfolio of live examples is a must.
  A strong full-stack prototyping experience with Python/Java and JavaScript, TypeScript and UX, or other relevant languages.
• Experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, tools, or agentic prototypes ideally for marketing operations and processes, and are comfortable working across both experimentation and execution.
• You have a scrappy, entrepreneurial maker mindset and know how to move fast, navigate ambiguity, and ship useful experiments without waiting for perfect conditions.
• You’re comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders, especially in marketing or creative environments, and can turn business needs into tangible solutions.
• Experience with platforms and tools such as Gemini, Vertex AI, AI Studio, agentic workflows, or similar ecosystems is strongly preferred.
• An affinity for creative storytelling, social media, content operations, or marketing workflows would make you especially well-suited to this role.
