We're looking for a Performance Creative Strategist to help scale a premium DTC kitchen knives and kitchenware brand generating approximately $28–30M in annual revenue.
This is a hands-on role for someone who doesn't just develop creative ideas, they bring them to life. You'll be responsible for creating high-converting performance marketing concepts, writing compelling ad copy, and producing creatives using AI-powered tools. Responsibilities
- Develop performance-focused creative concepts for paid social campaigns
- Write compelling ad copy and messaging tailored for DTC audiences
- Create static and video ad creatives using AI tools from concept to execution
- Produce multiple creative variations for testing and optimization
- Develop creative strategies based on customer insights and performance data
- Collaborate with the marketing team to continuously improve creative performance
- Stay up to date with emerging AI creative tools and performance marketing trends
- Take ownership of the creative process from ideation through final execution
Requirements
- Proven experience developing performance creatives for DTC or eCommerce brands
- Strong understanding of paid social advertising, particularly Meta platforms
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to create both static and video creatives
- Ability to independently execute creative ideas—not just write briefs for others
- Strong copywriting skills for direct-response advertising
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate
- Highly creative with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
