We have 50,000 members across the UK and the US. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team managing a large marketing budget across multiple geographies, with huge amounts of freedom and responsibility.

What you'll do

You'll sit within our growth marketing team, reporting directly to our cofounders. That means:

  • Developing creative strategy across paid social and organic — owning the ideas that drive acquisition and retention
  • Turning data into creative decisions: reading performance signals to iterate fast and kill what isn't working
  • Briefing and directing video editors, UGC creators, and AI-generated content pipelines to produce ads at scale
  • Identifying and testing new growth levers — new formats, new audiences, new hooks — and building the case for doubling down

How we measure success

Everyone on our team shares the same core goals, and each person owns specific levers within them. For this role, you'd be accountable for:

  • Driving member acquisition — through high-converting creative that cuts through across paid channels
  • Reducing CAC — iterating relentlessly on creative and targeting to get more from every pound spent

Who we're looking for

  • A top performer in a similar role — performance marketing, growth, or creative strategy at a DTC brand, agency, or fast-growing startup
  • Someone who lives at the intersection of data and creativity: equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and a script
  • A self-starter who generates ideas independently and moves fast to test them
  • A strong degree from a good university
  • Bonus if you have a genuine interest in wine (we'll fund your further education here)
