Role Overview
We are looking for a Creative Producer who will be responsible for managing the production cycle for creator-led campaigns, ensuring that creative and operational aspects are streamlined and aligned with the project vision. This role requires excellent organizational skills, creative collaboration, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and produce complex content daily on a global scale.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize under pressure.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar to manage content delivery, ideas, and scheduling.

  • Ensure timely content distribution across platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media channels.

  • Assist in the ideation, planning, production, and posting of stories across multiple platforms.

  • Identify and troubleshoot production challenges, proposing solutions and process improvements as needed.

  • Coordinate internal teams and external contributors to ensure smooth execution and delivery of content.

  • Take initiative to learn new tools and systems, contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Conduct in-depth research to uncover unique and impactful stories, trends, and ideas that align with the company's mission and audience interests.

 

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Producer in social media content creation, digital media, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • A good eye for storytelling, pacing, and content quality.

  • Ability to manage budgets and negotiate contracts.

  • Proficiency with content management tools and social media platforms.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
