Overview

The Creative Director owns the execution, quality, and delivery of EIM's visual creative work across design, copywriting, and video/photo production, leading the graphic design, video/photo production, and copywriting teams. The role translates brand vision and creative direction into consistent, high-quality outputs across campaigns, programs, and brand initiatives, and owns day-to-day creative operations. As both a people manager and an execution leader, the Creative Director ensures creative teams are supported, work is delivered on time, and visual standards are upheld.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the graphic design, video/photo production, and copywriting teams — providing clear direction, feedback, and coaching to grow skills, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a positive creative culture, and supporting onboarding and ramp-up of new team members.
  • Own creative intake, prioritization, and production timelines; manage day-to-day workflow across design and video/photo projects, balancing capacity, deadlines, and quality across multiple initiatives; and partner with marketing teams to improve creative processes and efficiency.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, and Marketing Communications on execution needs; support campaign launches, events, and program initiatives with creative delivery; and collaborate with writers and content partners to ensure visual alignment with messaging.
  • Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows and tooling.
